Phishing Scam Targeting Credit Union Members

We have been alerted to a phishing scam circulating targeting Credit Union members.

Please be aware that the Credit Union will never ask you to provide your full PIN, online banking login credentials, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) by phone, text message, email, or any other method.

If you receive a message or phone call claiming to be from the Credit Union and requesting personal or financial information, please treat it with caution.

To protect yourself:

• Do not click on any links in suspicious messages.
• Do not disclose personal or banking information.
• Do not share one-time passcodes or security details with anyone.

Please remember that legitimate SMS correspondence from Tower CU will only come from the sender TowerCU and phone calls will only come from 01 457 0884.
