Fraud Alert: Fake Calls Claiming to be from “Tower” or “Tower Fraud Squad”

We have received multiple reports from members regarding suspicious phone calls made this morning by individuals falsely claiming to represent “Tower” or the “Tower Fraud Squad.” These calls are being made from the number 9461873 and are attempts to obtain personal and sensitive information.

Please be advised that this is not Tower Credit Union. We will never contact you unexpectedly to request confidential personal details such as passwords, PINs, or account information.

What to Do If You Receive One of These Calls:

• Do not share any personal information
• Hang up immediately
• Block the number
