Important Member Update - SEPA Instant – Scheduled Maintenance (28th March, 9pm–11pm)

A planned technology upgrade will take place on 28th March between 9pm and 11pm, temporarily affecting SEPA Instant payments.

During this period, SEPA Instant transfers will be unavailable and any attempts to send or receive instant payments will be automatically declined. SEPA Classic payments will continue to operate as normal, allowing members to make standard transfers without interruption.

Members who need to complete urgent payments using the SEPA Instant feature are encouraged to do so in advance of the scheduled maintenance window.
