SEPA Instant - Scheduled Maintenance Friday 21st November

We would like to inform all members of an upcoming service interruption affecting SEPA Instant payments. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing system performance, reliability, and security, we will be carrying out a scheduled technology upgrade on Friday, 21 November, between 10:00pm and 1.30am.

During this maintenance window, SEPA Instant payments will be temporarily unavailable. This means that any attempts to send or receive instant payments during this time will be automatically rejected.

Please be assured that SEPA Classic payments will continue to operate as normal, allowing you to make transfers without interruption. We encourage members who may require urgent payments to plan accordingly and, where possible, make use of SEPA Classic or complete instant transactions outside of the maintenance timeframe.
