Fraudsters are sending text messages pretending to be from the Credit Union, claiming three failed login attempts on a member’s account and urging a password reset. The messages may include a mobile number for “support.” These are NOT from Tower CU. Legitimate messages will always come from the sender TowerCU.
2️⃣ Investment Scam
We’ve been made aware of messages offering a fake investment opportunity, falsely linking the scheme to the Credit Union and a domestic bank. Do not engage – these are not from the Credit Union.
