Fraud Alert – Beware of Scam SMS Messages
We’ve been made aware of a fraudulent SMS message currently circulating that targets Credit Union members.
The message claims that you may qualify for a “€1,500 electricity grant” if you have savings with your Credit Union and directs you to apply via the website “union-credits.com.”
Please be advised:
This website is not affiliated with any legitimate Credit Union. This appears to be a phishing scam designed to collect personal and financial information.
🔒 Protect Yourself:
• Do not click on suspicious links.
• Do not share personal or financial information in response to unsolicited messages.
• Remember that official communications will only come from verified Credit Union channels and trusted domains.
If you receive this message or have engaged with it, please contact your Credit Union immediately to report the incident.
